Wastage & Return Policy

Why adding extra wastage ensures a seamless installation:
Adding a wastage buffer accounts for miter cuts, corner trims, edge shaping, and unforeseen installation cuts. Having extra matching pieces from the exact same quarry batch guarantees shade consistency and avoids project delays.

Return Policy Terms & Conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Natural stone displays organic veining and tonal variation, which represent authentic stone traits rather than manufacturing defects.
  • Returned tiles must be unused, clean, and strapped to original shipping pallets.
  • Customers handle return freight charges unless the shipment suffered transit damage.
