Welcome to Flordeal.com (a trading division of International Marble, referred to as "the Site", "we", "us", or "our"). By visiting our site, purchasing natural stone, or utilizing our services, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms").
1. General Store & Governance Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., providing the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you globally.
Authorized Use
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
2. Natural Stone Product Disclaimers & Pricing
Natural stone products (marble, limestone, travertine, slate) are natural materials mined from quarries around the world. Because of their nature, the following conditions apply to all purchases:
Shade, Tone & Veining
Product photography and digital swatches serve as general samples. Variations in shade, tone, veining, and micro-fissures are inherent to natural stone and do not constitute product defects.
Regional Pricing & Modifications
Prices for our products (displayed dynamically per m², sq ft, or piece based on region) are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
3. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via email or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
4. Freight Logistics & Installation Safeguards
All shipping, delivery, freight handling, and return processes are governed by our official site policies:
- Curbside Freight: Large pallet deliveries are strictly curbside drop-off. Site access and offloading requirements are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
- Pre-Installation Inspection: All stone must be inspected prior to installation. Once material is cut, installed, or sealed, it is accepted by the customer and cannot be returned under our Refund Policy.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom.
