Return Policy for Flordeal.com

At Flordeal, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If there's something not quite right, here's how our 30-day return policy works:

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from receiving your item to initiate a return if you are not satisfied. Here’s what to do:

  • Condition for Returns: Your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
  • Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, email us at flor@flordeal.com. We will guide you through the steps.

Return Instructions

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note:

  • Return Address: Items should be returned to FLOR DEAL 67 Newcastle Street kilkeel BT344AQ.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods 
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

Prefer a different item? Return the one you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For our customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason — no justification required. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
