We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via email or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

4. Freight Logistics & Installation Safeguards

All shipping, delivery, freight handling, and return processes are governed by our official site policies:

• Curbside Freight: Large pallet deliveries are strictly curbside drop-off. Site access and offloading requirements are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
• Pre-Installation Inspection: All stone must be inspected prior to installation. Once material is cut, installed, or sealed, it is accepted by the customer and cannot be returned under our Refund Policy.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom.
