Return & Refund Policy

Online Customer Return Policy:

Customers who made purchases online at www.flordeal.com or through our Call Center have the option to return their purchases within 2-3 days from the date of purchase.

Conditions for an Acceptable Return:

To qualify for a legitimate return and processing, the following criteria must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging, undamaged, complete with all cartons, within the expiration date, in a sellable condition, and eligible for return.
  •  The returned item must reach the specified Flor Deal facility within 30 days from the date the customer's Return Merchandise Authorization is issued.
  • -If a return is deemed invalid, the customer will not receive a refund. They will have one month to retrieve their merchandise or arrange return shipping at their own expense from the Flor Deal facility before it is considered abandoned.

 

Certain items cannot be returned, including:


- Flor Deal products purchased from another retailer, reseller, or distributor.
- Natural stone products, trim pieces, custom products, and special order products.
- Loose samples or sample cards.
- Factory Outlet products, discontinued items, limited stock, and clearance products.
- Expired setting materials or cleaning products.
- Products labeled as "Final Sale" and products that have been modified, cut, or installed.

Return Process for Merchandise:

For all returns related to online purchases made at www.flordeal.com, customers should contact Customer Service within two weeks of the purchase date, providing the following information:

  • Order number, name, and billing address.
  • Items to be returned.
  • Quantity being returned.
  • Reason for return.


Failure to email the required information to Customer Service within two weeks from the purchase date will result in the return not being accepted.

The return will only be valid for one month after delivery. The merchandise must be received at the designated Flor Deal facility within this timeframe. Failure to do so will result in no refund being issued.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items. If the returned merchandise is found to be damaged, a refund may not be issued. All returned orders are subject to a restocking fee of 30%.

Refund Process:

A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for all valid returns. Refunds for transactions originally paid with a credit or debit card will be credited back to the original payment method within two weeks of processing the return. If the transaction was initially paid with an e-check, a refund check will be mailed to the shipping address on record within two weeks after processing the return.

Order Cancellation and Modifications:

Orders for loose samples and sample cards cannot be cancelled or modified. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact Customer Service immediately with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed, and all cancellations will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Exchanges:

We do not currently offer exchanges. You may return a product within 30 days of purchase and place a new order.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Product:

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact Customer Service immediately but no later than 2-3 days after receiving the order and before installing or altering the merchandise in any way.

Flor Deal will not be held responsible for product defects or damages, property damages, labor costs, repair costs, or any losses resulting from improper installation or handling of the product. Once installed, products cannot be returned for any reason.
