Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply when a customer, hereafter referred to as the Buyer, purchases goods from Flor Deal, hereafter referred to as the Vendor.
1. CONTRACT
1.1 The Vendor reserves the right to accept or reject any order from the Buyer, and accepted orders will be bound by these terms (referred to as “the Terms”)
1.2 Every accepted order constitutes a separate legally enforceable agreement between the Vendor and Buyer, hereafter referred to as “an Order”.
2. GOODS' COST & PAYMENT
2.1 The cost of the goods will be as per the Vendor's current price list on its website or, if different, the price quoted at the time of Order acceptance.
2.2 Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the quote's date or until the Buyer accepts them earlier.
2.3 Published prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be outlined separately in the Vendor's quote.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment of the purchase price is due at the time the Vendor accepts the Order.
4. SHIPPING
4.1 The goods will be shipped to the address provided by the Buyer. In case of unsuccessful delivery due to inaccurate or incomplete address, unavailability of recipient, or inaccessible location, additional delivery charges will apply for each subsequent delivery attempt.
4.2 Delivery is considered completed when the goods are offloaded at the nearest accessible point to the delivery address, often the kerbside of the property. Closer delivery is at the driver's discretion.
4.3 The risk of damage or loss of goods transfers to the Buyer upon delivery.
5. GOODS' QUALITY & DESCRIPTION
All products sold by the Vendor are natural materials subject to variations in markings, color, texture, cracks, and vents beyond the Vendor's control.
6. POST-DELIVERY HANDLING & STORAGE
After delivery and inspection, the Buyer must move the goods to a suitable indoor dry, frost-free storage area. The Vendor isn't liable for incorrectly stored or handled goods.
7. INSTALLATION
The Vendor suggests that only a certified, experienced Tiler handle, store, install, and seal all natural stone floor tiles. A high-quality flexible adhesive and grout should be used, and a reputable brand sealant should be used to seal the tiles.
8. GUARANTEES AND LIABILITY
8.1 If the Buyer notifies the Vendor of any defects or discrepancies, the Vendor should be allowed to inspect and replace faulty or non-compliant goods at their expense, or refund the price (or a portion thereof) to the Buyer.
8.2 The Vendor accepts returned goods provided that:
8.2.1 The Buyer informs the Vendor within 7 working days of goods delivery;
8.2.2 The returned goods are in the same condition as they were received;
8.2.3 If the Vendor agrees to a return request beyond the initial 7-day period, a 30% handling fee applies;
8.2.4 The Buyer covers the shipping costs both ways;
8.2.5 Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving returned goods in the same condition at the Vendor's premises.
8.3 The Vendor won't accept liability for damage or defects arising from wear and tear, intentional damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, poor or defective installation, misuse, or alteration or repairs of the goods (unless performed by the Vendor).
